課程概述 |
This course mainly aims at basic introduction of medical education for trainees. Topics mentioned in this course included development of medical education system, medical education reform, core competences in medical education, research methodology in medical education, and other related issues. Through lectures, literature review and discussion, and self-reflection, trainees are anticipated to have basic concepts of medical education and apply what they have learned in clinical practice. |

課程目標 |
Through lectures and discussion, this course has several learning objectives including:
1. Trainees understand the development and important issues in medical education.
2. Trainees are capable of applying basic principles of medical education in clinical teaching.
3. Trainees have in-depth discussion in interesting topics to formulate the bases of future medical education research. |

課程要求 |
1. It is required for trainees to attend the whole course. The principle of personal leave should follow the related regulations.
2. Trainees assigned to present should contact the faculty at least one week ahead to confirm the process and preparation of the course. |
